Unemployment can be explained as, an individual enthusiastic to work but incapable to find a job. When it’s come to India, Yes we are facing a major problem of unemployment. Students who have taken degrees in various disciplines like B. Tech, BBA and so on are still unemployed or underemployed.
Now-a-days people are so skilled and are highly qualified that it has given birth to a new discussion which is working as underemployed.
We need to think about it so that we can solve this issue. There are so many problems which has been caused due to unemployment.
· Unemployment gives rise to another problem of poverty.
· Youth of the country, gets highly frustrated that they start using wrong ways to earn money.
· Due to unemployment people start taking alcohol and drugs.
· It also effects economic growth of the country.
· Unemployment give rise to crimes and also in increasing tendency of suicide in the minds of the people as they see it as a last and the best option for themselves.
We need to look at this major problem and also to take actions accordingly. If it take more time than it can become a problematic situation for the youth of the country. I think there are few things which need to be taken care off to bring the change in the country.
· The first thing is to control the rising population of the country so that people can take leverage of employment opportunities.
· We need to upgrade the education system of the country so that our youth can develop their skills and can have the practical knowledge of different fields to take the right decision for their career.
· We need to guide the youth of the country to select the course of their interest and as per the current industrial requirements which can make their future shine.
